In creating the visual identity for Başarı Real Estate, our goal was to transform the brand’s long-standing trust-focused approach into a modern and powerful visual language. We aimed not only to design a logo, but to craft a timeless signature that embodies the brand’s core values.

The foundation of the logo is built on a strong geometric structure formed by the intersection of the letters B and G. The meeting point of these two shapes creates the metaphor of a “Window to the Future,” representing the brand’s forward-looking vision. At the same time, the vertical form of the symbol reflects architectural structures that define the real estate industry.​

During the design process, we used a 60-degree angle system and a 1x modular grid to achieve a clean, balanced, and professional structure. This geometric discipline gives the mark an architectural clarity that reinforces the brand’s corporate presence.​

For the color palette, we selected deep green-blue tones from the Pantone 547–552 family to establish a premium and trustworthy atmosphere. These tones align with the brand’s character, offering both sophistication and visual stability.

The Başarı Real Estate logo was designed as a unified mark that reflects trust, stability, future vision, and professional guidance. This symbol forms the foundation of the brand’s corporate identity, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across all communication materials.
